No purchase to refund
The site does not accept payments or sell access. Game points and named journal entries have no cash value, so they do not create a refund or redemption process.
A result you want to remove
Clear the local journal from its page or use the storage controls. Deleting a saved run does not affect another browser because the game does not maintain a shared score database.
A problem you want to report
If the hook, button or score behaves unexpectedly, pause the game and note the page, browser and steps. Use the contact desk to prepare an email with that description. Do not include passwords or personal account data.
